Always be positive and optimistic that things are working out for you. No matter what’s happening you can shift your attitude and mindset right now and start changing the momentum of your life. But you must believe that good things are coming to you. Life is always trying to guide you. Life is always giving you the challenges that you need to help you learn and grow. So look for the signs. Feel your way. Life is a beautiful journey. It’s not really so much about the goal or the destination. It’s about what you learn about yourself and who you become along the way.
We are energy, vibrating at the frequency of our thoughts and feelings, attracting to ourselves all things that match our vibrational state. Don’t let the world dictate your vibes. You’ve got to take control of your vibes and let the world mould around you. So just relax and enjoy the journey. Choose to think calmly and positively about things. Be light with yourself. Don’t take things too seriously. Smile. Laugh. Joke around. Make the most of each day. Be grateful for what you have. Choose to trust that everything will be okay, rather than worry and stress and over think. Just have fun and enjoy the ride.
All of the data suggests that there is no such thing as luck or coincidence in a universe that we now know is based on energy, vibration and attraction. The universe is always lining up to the vibrational state that you’re offering. It is your thoughts and feelings that are painting and creating the life that you’re living and drawing to you the situations and circumstances that you find yourself in. If you want to live a different life, you’ve got to start painting a different picture. You’ve got to start thinking, feeling and operating differently. If you don’t change, then life will keep dealing the same or similar experiences until you have learnt the lessons that you need to learn to be able to move forward in your life. Every obstacle and every challenge that life throws you is trying to help you to learn and grow and evolve as a person. Don’t resist them. Embrace them.
If you knew how powerful you really are and what you’re actually capable of, you would stand in absolute awe of yourself. You have talents and abilities within you that you don’t even know about. Stop underestimating yourself. Deep within you is a genius. You must start believing in yourself and your potential.
October 8th, 2018. Stop beating yourself up. Stop repeating negative stories to yourself. Stop putting yourself down and start pulling yourself up.
You have to be your own best friend. You have to treat yourself with love and kindness. You have to start relaxing a little bit more and enjoy this magical journey.
October 3rd, 2018. Our feelings and emotions are always going to go up and down like waves in the ocean. We are thinking, feeling and emotional beings. It’s unrealistic to expect that you shouldn’t experience negative emotion, because it’s just not supposed to be that way. However what you can do is become more skilled in your thoughts and emotions, so that when you feel your mood starting to go down hill, you know what to do to ride that wave and encourage yourself back to a calmer and more positive state of mind. In other words, you can become better and being able to recognise negativity building up within you before it gains much momentum, and then be better at talking yourself back to a more positive state.
What I’ve found through my own experience is that it’s all about the way that you think to yourself and how you respond to what’s happening to you. If you change the way you’re thinking about something, the way you feel about it will change to match it. So you really have to learn to be able to catch yourself when you feel your mood starting to slip, and then talk to yourself in a calmer and more positive way.
First of all you have to break the momentum. Go for a walk. Listen to some relaxing music. Meditate. Take a nap. Do whatever you find is the best way for you to switch off for a little bit, and this will begin to break the momentum. Whilst doing this, or after, begin to start softening your thoughts. What I mean by this is begin to think more softly and more generally. Listing in your mind things that you’re grateful for in your life is a great place to start. List things that you appreciate. List positive things about your life right now. Now begin to talk to yourself like a mentor about the situation. Find positives about the situation that is bothering you. Think about it from other angles. What can you learn from it? What can you take from it to make you stronger?
By doing this you will become much more disciplined in how you’re thinking and feeling and responding to the challenges that life is giving you. Over time you will be amazed at how quickly you can dissipate that negative energy, and very quickly talk yourself back to a much calmer and more positive state.

- Things are never as bad as they first seem. Everything always works itself out in the end…
- I know that over thinking and over worrying doesn’t make any difference, so I’m just going to let it go, relax, and see what happens…
- I’m just going to relax my way through this…
- I know that I can learn something from this. I know life is giving me the challenges in my life to help me learn and grow…
- I know that I have a lot of things in my life to be grateful for in my life…
- I’m no longer going to beat myself up. I’m going to start being my own best friend…
- It’s okay. I’ll probably feel better in a little bit, so I may as well just relax right now…
- I’m proud of myself for how much I’m learning about myself and life…
- I love feeling calm, relaxed, and at peace within myself. I love being able to let things go…
October 2, 2018. This moment is exactly as it’s supposed to be in order for you to learn and grow. As hard as it can be to see sometimes; life is always giving you the experiences that you need to help you evolve and grow as a person. If you don’t learn the lessons that life is trying to teach you, life will keep giving you the same or similar experiences until you have learnt that lesson. The more you learn from the challenges you’re facing, the faster and quicker your life will evolve.
Most pain and suffering is rooted in resisting the past or present and by creating anxiety over what the future might hold. You can mitigate all of this by accepting that this is where you’re at in your evolution right now, and that life is always trying to teach you, not hurt you.
Today make it your goal to ease off a little bit. Don’t fight against anything. Just accept what arises and focus on breathing calmly and slowly throughout your day. Talk to yourself in a calmer and more gentle way. Find positives, not negatives. Don’t rush, walk a little bit slower. Don’t let small things bother you. Hold the door open for people. Smile more. Remind yourself of the things you’re grateful for and leave alone the things that are bothering you.
You gain enormous inner power in surrendering to the present moment, and if you can fully accept yourself and the present moment with all your being, you will be flooded with feelings of inner peace.
Keep learning from everything that happens to you and enjoy this magical journey. Life isn’t serious after all.
